At Mustalzam, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it according to the following terms.
Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The product must be in its original condition and unused
- Original packaging must be intact with all accessories
- Purchase invoice or order proof must be attached
Non-Returnable Products
- Opened medical products for health reasons
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Procedures
- Contact us via Contact Us page or email
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send the product with the authorization number to our address
- We will inspect the product and process the return within 3-5 business days
Refunds
- Amount will be refunded using the same original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part
Exchanges
- Product can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value
- For higher value products, the difference must be paid
- Same return conditions apply to exchanges
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product. We will cover all shipping costs in this case.
